Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain an easy input of data and to prevent a mistake of transcription, by providing a secondary processor having a simple keyboard which works on a built-in battery and can be attached and detached by a connector to a main processor containing a main keyboard. CONSTITUTION:A connector part 3 for an auxiliary processing unit 2 is provided to a main processing unit 1 consisting of a main processor 1, a main storage device 12, a CRT monitor 15, etc. A simple keyboard matrix 23 of the unit 2 is electrically connected to a keyboard matrix 16. The unit 2 contains an auxiliary processor 21, a simple display 25 and a built-in battery 22 in addition to a simple keyboard. Owing to a miniature structure, the unit 2 can be carried out with a simple calculating function and the storage capacity of small capacity. The data is supplied to the unit 2 when outing and then connected to the processor 1 when coming back home to transfer data. This device prevents a mistake of transcription and rotionalizes the business work. Such a data processor is therefore suited to the stock control of a medium or small scale.
