Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable performing continuous operation under stable rated load in such a way that heat gain in waste gas is collected to its maximum, and a waste gas bypass system is provided for proceeding waste gas at the time of peak heat gain. CONSTITUTION:In a power plant, a heat exchanger 13 has its low boiling point medium 2 to collect heat from waste gas 1, a turbine 5 does its work, and a power generator 6 generates power. Besides, a waste gas system is integrated by a structure to pass the heat exchanger 13, and a bypass system equipped with a waste gas damper 14. And, low boiling point medium flow to be generated by the heat exchanger 13 is detected, signals are transmitted to an arithmetic unit 9 by a signal generator 9, they are compared with signals from a flow setter 11, and in case where actual flow rate is large, signals are given to a flow opening degree converter 12, a waste gas bypass damper 14 is moved to its prescribed opening degree, by which apparent steam rate remains set to its maximum, continuous operation of the plant is made possible.
