Abstract:
PURPOSE: A tea of a Japanese chestnut, prepared by finely pulverizing a dried Japanese chestnut, making the components in the chestnut drinkable in the form of a tea, and having a rich flavor.
CONSTITUTION: The shell of a well ripened Japanese chestnut is peeled, dried fully and pulverized by a pulverizer to give a fine powder of the chestnut, which is used for a tea.
