PURPOSE: To attain simultaneous observation of a stereoscopic image of lots of personnels by providing an polarized exchange before one set of television receiver, applying alternately a video signal for left and right eyes and applying conversion to the polarized exchange alternately.

CONSTITUTION: The polarized exchange 17 where a polarized angle is changed by 90° is provided on the front face of one set of the television reciever 15 and right and left eye shutters 13a, 14a are opened alternately to apply the video signal for left and right eye alternately to the television receiver 15. A prescribed voltage is applied alternately to the polarized exhange 17 at the same time so as to change the polarized angle by 90°. Thus, the left and right eye image is obtained alternately from one set of the television receiver 15, thereby allowing lots of personnels to observe a stereoscopic image at the same time.
