Title:
PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6022455
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an armature winding from damaging and generating a vibrating noise by rotatably supporting one end of a rotor shaft via a bearing extended integrally with a collar of a bobbin, rotatably supporting the other end via a bearing unit, and securing the bearing unit and the bearing through a stator. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 12 is integrally extended at a permanent magnet rotor 4 side of a collar 11 of a bobbin 6, on which an armature winding 7 is wound, and a through hole 13 is formed at the same position as a small hole 9 formed near poles 3a, 3b of a stator 1 at the bearing 12. The assembling is performed by first mounting the bobbin 6 on a magnetic path piece 2a of the stator 1, supporting one end of the rotor shaft 5 of a rotor 4 to the bearing 12 of the bobbin 6, then supporting the other end of the shaft 5 via a bearing unit 8b, and clamping the bearing 12, the stator 1 and the bearing unit 8b via the holes 13, 9 by a screw and a nut. Thus, the damage of the armature winding wound on the bobbin and the production of vibrating noise due to fluctuation can be prevented.
