Title:
ROTOR FOR PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6084956
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily and reliably couple a yoke and a tile-shaped permanent magnet by heating a cylindrical shape memory alloy to the prescribed temperature or higher and shrinking it. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of tile-shaped permanent magnets 3 are arranged on the surface of a cylindrical yoke 2. The outer periphery of the magnet 3 is coated with a cylindrical shape memory alloy 4. Then, the alloy 4 is heated and shrinked to austenite transition starting temperature or higher to couple the magnet 3 with the yoke 2. The alloy 4 used here has properties such as nonmagnetic property, high conductive resistor, high strength and high heat resistance such as, for example, Ni-Ti shape memory alloy preferably.
