PURPOSE: To attain multi-function by constituting the device not to receive a control command input to a main CPU during the mode transition of a tape deck for OGM(Out Going Message) and a tape deck for ICM(In Coming Message).

CONSTITUTION: The output of the designed mode is attained as to the deck A transition by giving "L" to SOL1, M1 output terminals for 500msc<t17> and 300msec<t21>, "H" to an M2 for 800msec<t17+t21>, "H" to an M3 for 500 msec <t17> and "L" for 300msec <t21>. The deck A transition is attained only from the STOP mode of the deck B. This is similar to the deck B transition, and neither operation key input for remote control input is received during the deck transition so as to ensure the deck transition thereby realizing multifunction.
