Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily and effectively bond coil strands by forming grooves between coil strands to be superposed radially of inner and outer cylindrical coils, and soldering them. CONSTITUTION:Grooves over between coil strands to be superposed radially are formed by removing adjacent insulating layers on the upper surface of coil strands 1 to be superposed radially of inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12. The coil strands of inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12 are bonded to each other by raising a solder on the upper surface of the strands 1 to be superposed radially and isolated via the grooves.
