Abstract:
To provide a toe core made of synthetic resin which has properties designated by 'regular safety shoes (S class)'-JIS T8101 and is lightweight and excellent in productivity.
This toe core is mounted on a safety shoe and is to protect a wearer from external load (pressure, shock, etc.). The toe core is made of a long fiber reinforced plastic resin material. Manufacture of the toe core is done by forming a shape with thickness of the tip end of the rising part a of the tip end of the toe core not lower than 3.5 mm and average curvature (r) of the shoulder part 6 not higher than 20 by injection molding of compression molding.
