PURPOSE: To obtain packed TOFU (bean curd) having excellent qualities and high shelf stability even in relatively soft TOFU without packing fixedly cut TOFU together with water having a relatively high temperature and readily multiplying various germs into packaging boxes.

CONSTITUTION: A device wherein uncut TOFU 12' at a relatively high temperature immediately after manufacturing is held in a fixedly cutting division plate 4 in a first water bath 1, TOFU and clear water at a relatively low temperature in a second water bath 2 are packed into a packaging box 9 and transported.
