To change a preset temperature to a target preset temperature in a single step by omitting midway stages, in toilet equipment employing a system changing the preset temperature in a phased manner.
Every time when a switch 22a is pushed, a signal (temperature changing signal) is transmitted to a body side from an LED 25. When the temperature changing signal is input into a body-side microcomputer 12 from a light receiving portion 11, a timer is started; and firstly, 1 is set in a memory N. Subsequently, a waiting state is maintained until the lapse of a predetermined time; and 1 is added to the memory N every time when a within-predetermined-time temperature changing signal is input. When a predetermined time elapses from a final switch operation, a step 37 is started; the preset temperature is changed to a preset temperature after the progress of N stages from the present stage; and the timer is reset.
