PURPOSE: To prevent change of opening closing action speed due to viscosity change caused by atmospheric temperature in a cleaning toilet seat device in which viscous matter is employed in rotation mechanisms for a toilet seat and a toilet cover.
CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a cleaning toilet seat main body 11 including a hot water tank 12 to store cleaning water in usage, and viscous matter filled inside a casing in which installation shafts 20, 21 of a toilet seat 17 and a toilet cover 18 are partly engaged and inserted. A rotation unit 19 is provided to provide a larger resistance to each of installation shafts 20, 21 as an inclination angle to a toilet becomes smaller in closing action of the toilet seat 17 and the toilet cover 18, and provide a small resistance to each installation shaft 20, 21 in opening action. The rotation unit 19 is positioned above the hot water tank 12 inside the cleaning toilet main body 11.
