Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of radio communication and to provide the non-stop and cashless fee collection system by connecting plural antennas for setting a communication enable area to a check barrier side on-road machine while mutually deviating them to one lane in the advancing direction.
CONSTITUTION: An on-road machine 20 of the check barrier is provide with the plural pairs of antennas for transmission/reception, power amplifier circuits 14-1-14-n are independently connected between respective antennas 5a-1-5a-n for transmission and a modulation circuit 13, and preamplifier circuits 15a-1-15-n are independently connected between respective antennas 5b-1-5b-n and a mixer 17. The antennas of this check barrier on-road machine 20 are installed so as to set the communication enable area deviated to one lane in the advancing direction. Thus, since there are the plural chances of communication between the check barrier on-road machine 20 and a non-contact card or the like of the vehicle side equipment and the possibility of generating communication error again in the next time or the time after the next time is low even when there is the communication error in the first time, reliability is improved as a whole.
