To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development that is excellent in image density stability over time.
Toner for electrostatic charge image development has colored particles containing colorant and a binder resin, two or more types of inorganic particles are externally added to the surface of the colored particles, the two or more types of inorganic particles include titanium-based particles and silica-based particles, the exposure rate of the surface of the colored particles is 25% or less, and the ratio of the titanium-based particles in contact with the colored particles relative to the toner is 15% or less. A method of manufacturing the toner for the electrostatic charge image development includes: a step for preparing colored particles containing colorant and a binder resin; a silica-based particle adhesion step for adding silica-based particles to the colored particles through wet external addition in an aqueous medium and obtaining silica-based-particle-adhered colored particles; and a titanium-based particle adhesion step for adding titanium-based particles through dry external addition.
