PURPOSE: To keep the hands and the inside of a machine clean, making pulling out of a seal member by hand unnecessary, by providing an unsealing member having edges to unseal a toner container by slitting the seal member of the toner container and a toner stirring blade, on the developing device side.
CONSTITUTION: When a toner container 1 is fitted in a developing device 10, a claw 21 of an unsealing member 20 is pushed down by a protruded line part 4 of the toner container 1, whereby edges 22 are protruded upward to slit a seal member 6 of the toner container 1. A toner stirring blade 30 is turned in the arrow direction, the top end part 30a is made in contact with the seal member 6 in a slit state with this turn to give an impact to the seal member 6 every turn of the toner stirring blade 30, and a toner 7 in the toner container 1 is fed to the developing device 10 little by little. With this constitution, staining the hands and the inside of the device with the toner is avoided.
