To provide a toolbox having an inner tray and preventing the scattering of components stored in the inner tray without making a lid part and the inner tray interfere with each other during the opening/closing of the lid part.

An opening of an upper inner tray 6 is sealed by this lid part 2, and an opening of an inner tray 7 except the inner tray 6 is sealed by a bottom face part of the inner tray 6 directly above the inner tray 7. The inner trays 6 and 7 are provided on the side of a hinged part 9 with respect to an innermost locus T of an edge E of the lid part 2 in the opening/closing thereof. In addition, a link mechanism 10 provided in the inner trays 6 and 7, a container part 3, and the lid part 2, makes the inner trays 6 and 7 expanded in a slantingly stepped manner in the opening of the lid part 2.
