PURPOSE: To provide a tooth plate of rotary crushers which efficiently prevents material to be treated from sticking in (fitting in) the grooves of the tooth plate body when the material to be treated flows down a crushing chamber on crushing action.
CONSTITUTION: The outer surface of a tooth plate body 2 made of material of high wear resistance stretches in the corrugated shape in the same direction as the generatrix one and in the circumferential direction. The higher part of the corrugation has the section in the shape of a curve and the lower part of the corrugation forms plural deep groove parts 3 and simultaneously belt-like embedded parts 74 which have been embedded by cast-in on casting of the gear plate body 2 and are made of material of low wear resistance are provided in the deep groove parts 3. The tooth plate body 2 is integrally constructed.
