Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush capable of simply, easily, and cleanly removing surplus toothpaste by washing after toothbrushing by preventing the surplus toothpaste from remaining on a brush part.
SOLUTION: In the toothbrush, a removable brush part 1 having a brush 16 fixed to a tip is removably connected to a body 2. An inside filling chamber 3 of the body 2 is filled with the toothpaste 20. A discharging passage 17 is provided within the removable brush part 1 so as to communicate with an opening part 6 of the filling chamber 3, and the brush part 15. The body 2 has a piston 6 for pushing out the toothpaste 20 in the filling chamber 3. The piston 6 is connected to the body 2 with an elastically extending/contracting elastic body 10 therebetween. When the piston 6 is pressed, the toothpaste 20 is pushed out to the brush part 15 of the removable brush part 1. When a pressed state of the piston 6 is released, the piston 6 is retreated in a returning position by the elastic body 10 so as to suck the surplus toothpaste 20 pushed out from the brush part 15.
