To accomplish regulation of a stream of high pressure air pressure-fed into a casing of a top nozzle and/or avoidance of collision or the like of the high pressure air, to approximately uniformly discharge the high pressure air from a blowing port of the casing or avoid pressure loss of the high pressure air pressure-fed into the casing and to approximately uniformly discharge the high pressure air from the blowing port similarly as mentioned above while reducing energy loss.

A connection port 12 for a duct is provided above the casing 50 constituting the top nozzle 5 connected to the blower for the car-washing machine and a slit-like blowing port 14 is provided below the casing. Air amount adjustment plates having an approximately funnel-like cross section are arranged in the casing with an appropriate interval. The top nozzle is connected to the blower for the car-washing machine for branching and/or by-passing air fed into the casing.
