Abstract:
To provide a composition for topical treatment of ocular pain.
This composition contains as an effective component a opioid agonist selected from the group consisting of opioid agonists, favorably GR-89696, U-69593, U-62066 spiradoline mesylate, and trans-U-50488 methane sulfate. This composition may contain EMD-61753 as an effective component in a pharmaceutically permissible vehicle.
