In a torque arm type rear suspension in which a knuckle 15 to support a wheel is supported by right and left ends of a rear axle 1, a front end of a torque arm 4 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body is pivotably attached to a vehicle body side, and a rear end is connected to the rear axle 1, an oscillation side connection part 403 is formed on the rear end of the torque arm 4, an axle side connection part 8 is fixed to right and left ends of the rear axle 1, the connection parts 403, 8 are connected to each other, a connection bracket 9 in which at least one rubber bush 11 is inserted is provided on a fitting part to the oscillation side connection part 403, and the rear axle 1 is connected to the torque arm 4 through the connection bracket 9.
