Title:
TORQUE CONTROLLER FOR INDUCTION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3530721
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate high speed control by estimating a revolu tion frequency using the difference of the torque current component obtained by subjecting a current error vector, represented by the difference between each command and actual value of the exciting current component or the torque current component of a primary current in phase with or orthogonal to the primary flux vector of an induction motor, to coordinate conversion.
SOLUTION: A current component command operating means 4 receives a torque command to an induction motor 1 and an estimated value ωm* of the revolution frequency from a first integrator 8 and outputs an exciting current component command Io* and a torque current component Iqs*. A speed error estimating means 13 receives the d-axis component Ids and the q-axis component Iqs* (torque current component) of the primary current and a phase angle Ψ obtained through coordinate conversion of a current error vector from a current component operating means 5. A first integrator 8 receives the speed error Δω between the actual value ω of the revolution frequency of the primary flux vector and an estimated value ω* obtained through control operation and outputs a revolution frequency ^ωm. The torque τm of the induction motor 1 is controlled to match the torque command m*.
