Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel controller capable of obtaining a more accurate capacity estimation value without lowering a frame rate.SOLUTION: A touch panel controller (3) includes a code generation part (4) which generates a ternary or higher code sequence based upon an original code sequence. The original coded sequence includes (M+1) columns of original column vectors, and the code sequence includes M columns of column vectors and is generated by adding and subtracting original column vectors. Column vectors in a "k"th column (1≤k≤M) includes original column vectors in the "k"th column, and column vectors in a "j"th column (1≤j≤M, j≠k) includes codes obtained by inverting the original column vectors in the "k"th column.
