Abstract:
To provide a touch panel capable of suppressing sparks or discharges due to static electricity when a user gets closer or contacts, and a manufacturing method of an electrode substrate constituting the touch panel.SOLUTION: In a touch panel 10, an outer peripheral end face 38 of a second conductive film 16 is located at the inner side in a plane direction than an outer peripheral end face 40 of the second electrode substrate 18, and an outer peripheral end face 42 of a decorative part 28 is also located at the inner side in the plane direction than an outer peripheral end face 40 of the second electrode substrate 18. An outer peripheral part 44 of an insulation layer 30 is located at the outer side in the plane direction than the outer peripheral end face of the second conductive film 16 and the decorative part 28. An outer peripheral end face 46 of a first conductive film 12 is located at the inner side in the plane direction than the outer peripheral end face 48 of the first electrode substrate 14, and the outer periphery 50 of the insulation layer 32 is located at the outer side in the plane direction than the outer peripheral end face 46 of the first conductive film 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
