Abstract:
To provide a tracking management system and a method for tracking for performing an accurate tracking continuously.SOLUTION: A tracking management system has an authentication unit, a tracking unit, a door operation instruction unit, an abnormal action detection unit, an information display unit, and a data storage unit, and tracks a user. The tracking unit includes: a beacon information processing unit 121 for tracking a user by using a beacon signal; a picture information processing unit 122 for tracking the user by using a picture taken by the camera; and a determination unit 123 for outputting the result of tracking of the user on the basis of the result of tracking obtained by the beacon information processing unit 121 and the result of tracking obtained by the picture information processing unit 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
