PURPOSE: To improve comfortableness while preventing a cable from derailing by providing movable guide pulleys before and after a fixed guide pulley to press the cable to the outside of a rail while providing the fixed guide pulley disposed in a bend of the rail and spaced from the inside of the bent rail.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed guide pulley 5 is located in the center side of radius of curvature to the center line C of a rail 1 bent horizontally through a bracket 2 fixed to the rail 1 and a guide pulley mount. The position of the fixed guide pulley 5 is set such that the center of a wound cable 4 is spaced by at least the radius P of the cable 4 from the center of rail 1 i.e., a cable grip part 13 of a cable gripping machine 6. Also, movable guide pulleys 9 are disposed through swing arms 8 before and after the fixed guide pulley 5 so that the cable 4 is pressed to the rail 1 side by a return spring 11.
