PURPOSE: To reduce the price of a transaction processor and to reduce the size and setting space of the casing by arranging a cash transferring part between a cash processing part and an operation part and reducing the number of cash processing parts as compared with the number of operation parts.

CONSTITUTION: The number of cash processing parts 2 is set up smaller than the number of customer operation parts 1 and these parts 1, 2 are connected by a common carrying means. A customer selects deposit processing by a touch panel 16 in the operation part and inserts cash into a cash recovering/ discharging port 18. A 1st control part 11 commands a 1st cash processing access mechanism 19 to transfer cash counted by the port 18 to a carrying means for a 2nd cash processing accessing mechanism 23 in the cash processing part 2. Then, the 1st control part 11 informs a 2nd control part 20 in the processing part 2 of cash reception. The mechanism 23 drives the carrying means to carry cash and transfers the cash to a coin processing part 21 or a paper money processing part 22.
