Abstract:
To develop a method for transducing a gene to a plant simply and inexpensively without using an expensive apparatus.
A gene is transduced into a protoplast of a plant or pollen by using a reagent comprising a mixture of 2,3-dioleyloxy-N-[2(spermine carboxamido)ethyl]-N,N-dimethyl-1-propanaminium trifluoroacetate and dioleylphosphatidyl ethanolamine.
