PURPOSE: To provide a transfer film in which see-through properties are provided and electromagnetic wave shielding properties can be imparted by transferring to a glass plate, a transparent plastic molded form.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer film comprises a release layer 2, an electromagnetic wave shielding pattern layer 3 having a transparent part 31, an adhesive layer 4 sequentially laminated on one surface of a base material film 1, wherein an outer diameter of the transparent part is 0.1-10mm, and an opening ratio of an area of the part having the pattern layer is 1-50% to form the pattern layer to be transferred to a material to be transferred.
