PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer foil having the excellent followability to the surface shape of a receiving material and deep drawing properties by laminating a transfer layer to at least the single surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film having specific Young's modulus.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer layer is laminated to at least the single surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film with Young's modulus of 10-250kg/mm2. In this case, it is pref. to laminate polyester B with a glass transition point of 45°C or higher, pref., 55°C or higher to at least the single surface of flexible polyester A from an aspect preventing the stickiness to a roll or a clip in comparison with the pref. stretching temp. of polyester A. As polyester B, crystalline polyester represented by PET is pref. By this constitution, the excellent followability to the surface of a receiving material and deep drawing properties are obtained.
