Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a transfer tape conveying condition stable constantly by providing a slip mechanism which corrects a difference between rotation of an unwinding core and the rotation of a drive gear which transfers the rotation of the unwinding core to a take-up part core, on a thin plate with an arm for protecting a transfer tape coiled like a reel.
SOLUTION: A protrusion installed on a drive gear 4 for the unwinding part of a transfer tape container main body is fitted into a clearance between arms provided on a disc-like thin plate 3. Consequently, the disc-like thin plate 3 is rotated interlocked with the drive gear 4. Until a specified tension is generated by the conveyance of a transfer tape 1. The transfer tape 1 is rotated synchronized with the drive gear 4 by a friction force between the arm provided on the disc-like thin plate 3 and the inner face of a core 2 on the transfer tape 1 coiled like a reel. If a higher tension than specified is generated, the contact surfaces of the arm and the core 2 of the unwinding slip, and the unwinding part and the take-up part are relatively rotated to each other. In addition, the disc-like thin plate 3 with the arm is replaced at the same time as is the transfer tape 1.
