Abstract:
To provide a transformer coil separating method and system by which a pair of annular iron cores of a shell type transformer core and a coil can be easily separated from each other.
The method of separating the pair of annular iron cores constituting the shell type transformer core and the coil wound via an opening of each iron core comprises a process (a) of moving a blade nearly perpendicularly to a coil winding direction toward the annular surfaces of the annular iron cores to cut the coil, and a process (b) of separating the annular iron cores and the coil by moving the coil so that part of the annular iron cores pass through the cut portion of the coil created in the process (a).
