CONSTITUTION: The almost bar-like resin 3 having non-compatibility to the light transmissive resin 2 and having the refractive index different from the resin 2 is arranged and dispersed in the resin 2 in the same direction, and the lengths (a) and (b) in the lengthwise direction and widthwise direction of the resin 3 are set in the relation of a/b>3. Since the almost bar-like resin 3 is arranged and dispersed at random pitch in the resin 2, that is, a base material constituting a transmission type screen 1, the moire which is a trouble from the viewpoint of vision does not occur at all even when a Fresnel lens is combined and used with the screen 1.
