PURPOSE: To improve the convenience of multi-address communication, by feeding a document containing addresses and numbers of remote side receivers and a communication document and then producing communications added with each address in the same number as the addresses writen to the document containing addresses and numbers of receivers to send these communications to the receivers correspoinding to those addresses.

CONSTITUTION: A system processing part 17 converts the picture information read out of a buffer memory part 15 into a prescribed size through an enlargement/reduction converting part 19 and writes it to a storing part 14 to produce a communication document 12 on a memory 3. Then the number of the remote side is recognized from the picture information on the remote side number stored in a buffer memory part 16 through a character recognizing part 20 and sent to a control part 5. Then the part 17 reads out all information stored in the part 14 and converts them through a picture information conding/decoding part 21 to send them to the part 5. Thus the reading is storted again at an input part 6. The above-mentioned processing is repeated to produce the same number of communications as the addresses, and these communications are sent to the receivers corresponding to the addresses respectively.
