Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductor which has high humidity resistance, is low in a sheet resistance value over a long period of time, and is excellent in light permeability; and a touch panel including the same.SOLUTION: A transparent conductor includes a transparent substrate, a first high refractive index layer, a transparent metal layer, a second high refractive index layer having conductivity, and a third high refractive index layer, in this order. A dielectric material or an oxide semiconductor material in the first high refractive index layer is a sulfur compound or the first high refractive index layer further contains sulfur or a sulfur compound, and the third high refractive index layer is a layer formed by a vapor deposition method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
