Abstract:

To provide a conveyance assist device which is constituted by one device and dispenses with the complicated work before and after conveyance.SOLUTION: A conveyance assist device 1 according to the present invention includes a traction part 2 which is arranged on the upper side of a travel part 3. The traction part 2 includes an ascending/descending portion 21 and a gripping portion 22. The travel part 3 includes a driving portion 31 and a driven portion 32. A control part controls the ascending/descending portion 21 and the driving portion 31. The driving portion 31 includes a driving motor 31a, a driving wheel 31b and a driving support portion 31c. The driving wheel 31b is connected to the driving motor 31a. The driven portion 32 includes a driven wheel 32b and a driven support portion 32a. The driven support portion 32a can be freely expanded/contracted in the vertical direction according to the presence/absence of a load. When a conveyance object is gripped by the gripping portion 22, the driven support portion 32a of the driven portion 32 is contracted in the vertical direction due to the load of the conveyance object, and the pressure in the lower direction is applied to the driving wheel 31b of the driving portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
