Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent damage of an unmanned cart and a work station by outputting an alarm signal when the unmanned cart does not receive a fixed- position signal and is moved at a predetermined distance when the unmanned cart reaches a prescribed station address, where the unmanned cart must be stopped, and is decelerated. CONSTITUTION:When a coincidence with a predetermined station address, where an unmanned cart must be stopped, of an address code detected by an address code detector 9' is discriminated by a first discriminating means 21, the unmanned cart is decelerated to travelling at low speed by a decelerating means 22. The travel of the unmanned cart is measured and calculated simultaneously by a travel measuring calculating means 23. When no reception of a fixed- position signal by the unmanned cart travelling at low speed and movement at a prescribed distance are discriminated by a second discriminating means 24, the unmanned cart outputs an alarm signal by an alarm-signal output and stopping means 25 and is stopped.
