PURPOSE: To make an equipment compact and thin by regulating a traverse unit downward by a loading/unloading position and raising the entire traverse unit at a play position.

CONSTITUTION: In a loading/unloading mode, a mode plate 23 is moved to the loading position and a traverse unit 25 is dropped down. On the other hand, a stopper arm 26 maintains the lock of a traverse shaft 32 by a stopper part 26b. In a play mode, the mode plate 23 is moved to the play position and the unit 25 is raised. Further, the stopper arm 26 is turned, there is no regulation force from the upside to the traverse shaft 32, and the unit 25 is supported in an equipment chassis 31 by an oil damper 24. Thus, since the rotational angle of the clamper arm 2 can be made small and it is not necessary to provide excess clearance, the equipment can be made compact and thin.
