Abstract:
To provide a treating method and a treating device of decontamination waste liquid capable of reducing the generation quantity of secondary waste compared with hitherto, in treatment of organic acid containing decontamination waste liquid generated when decontaminating a radioactive material adhering to piping, equipment or the like of a nuclear facility by organic acid including decontamination liquid.
The organic acid in the decontamination waste liquid is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, and then heated and dried, to thereby produce powder of a metal oxide, and the powder is solidified with cement.
