Abstract:
PURPOSE: To recover the whole quantity of excess concrete in a piping for force-feeding concrete without being changed into industrial waste at a field.
CONSTITUTION: An air control valve 5, to which a sponge block 8 is fitted tightly and which is connected to an air hose 7 from an air compressor 6, is connected at the tip of a piping 4 for force-feeding concrete after concrete is placed. The sponge block 8 is pushed and forwarded in the piping 4 for force feed through the air of the air compressor 6, and excess concrete 10 is returned to a ready-mixed concrete car 3.
