PURPOSE: To continuously and stably treat bale-shaped vulcanizable rubber by grinding quantitatively supplied vulcanizable bale-shaped rubber in a conical screw feeder to dynamically knead the same and extruding the kneaded rubber in an arbitrary definite shape quantitatively and continuously.

CONSTITUTION: Vulcanizable bale-shaped rubber 1 is supplied into a conical screw feeder 3 from the supply port 4 of the feeder 3 to be bitten in a conical screw 5 by the screw 5 and mainly ground by the front stage part of the conical screw 5 to become small pieces and subsequently mainly kneaded dynamically by the rear stage part of the conical screw 5. The kneaded rubber is drawn out of the conical screw feeder 3 quantitatively and continuously by the gear pump 7 arranged to the outlet of the feeder 3 and extruded from a die 8 in a desired shape.
