Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently wash the membrane of an incorporated membrane separation device by bringing a fluoride ion adsorption material into contact with alkali, adding acid to a recovered waste liq. to produce fluoric acid, then reusing the waste liq. for washing a separation membrane.
CONSTITUTION: The flow part high in fluorine concn. of the recovered waste liq. obtained in the case of the recovering treatment by bringing the fluoride ion adsorption material in a fluorine adsorption tower 7 into contact with the alkali such as NaOH is recovered into a storage tank 8 through a pipe 26. Then, when the performance of the separation membrane 3A of the membrane separation device 3 deteriorates, the operation of a treating system is stopped, and the recovered waste liq. in the storage tank 8 and the acid soln. in a storage tank 9 are mixed by the pipe 26 provided with a pump 35 and the pipe 27 provided with a pump 36, respectively to produce fluoric acid, and introduced to the separation device 3 through a pipe 28 and washed by dipping for a prescribed time. Then, after washing, the alkali soln. in a storage tank 10 is introduced to the separation device 3 through the pipe 29 and 28 provided with a pump 37 and washed by dipping for a prescribed time, then washed.
