PURPOSE: To make a treating fluid circulate reliably in treating holes and to make possible a uniform treatment in the treating holes by a method wherein the holding position of a matter to be treating is modified and a liquid current is generated at the openings of both ends of holes to be treated by the action of fins with the swing of a holding member.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of movement of a printed-wiring board 4a to the upper part of a holding member 5, a treating fluid 2 is flowed in the interior of the member 5 through window parts 18 and 18 of the member 5 along fins 16a and 16b and ledge parts 17a and 17b coupled with these fins. Therefore, the flow of the liquid on the side of one surface of the printed-wiring board 4a is accelerated quicker than that of the fluid on the side of the other surface and a difference in flow velocity, that is, a pressure difference, is generated between the flows of the fluid along both surfaces of the board 4a. Conversely, even the time of movement of the board 4a to the lower part of the member 5, a difference in flow velocity, that is, a pressure difference is similarly generated between the flows of the fluid along both surfaces of the board 4a. In such a way, the flow of the fluid 2 is generated in through holes of the board 4a by the movement of the board 4a to the upper and lower directions of the member 5, that is, a stroke operation, and the circulation of the fluid 2 into the holes 14 is activated.
