To provide a treating method of liq.-containing waste in which a small sized drying device and a simple and small sized deodorizing/discharging device are used.
In this treating method of the liq.-containing waste suitable for treating industrial waste high in water content, a vacuum drying stage of the liq.-containing waste in which the liq.-containing waste is subjected to vacuum drying by subjecting the waste to vacuum suction while agitating and the waste is fermentated at need to compost, and a deodorizing/purifying stage for subjecting the suction vapor generated at the vacuum drying stage of the liq.-containing waste to microorganismic deodorizing/purifying treatment by the counterflow contacting oxidation using a packed column are included. The vacuum drying stage of the liq.-containing waste (vacuum drying device 10) and the deodorizing/purifying stage (deodorizing/purifying device 68) are usually connected with a closed system (vacuum piping 54) including a gas-liq. separating stage.
