PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of treatment system by utilizing effectively heat energy by making the heat exchange of the heat energy discharged from crystallizer with salts solution on the inlet side of desalination apparatus when salt solution is concentrated to crystallize salts.
CONSTITUTION: Salts solution from the tank 1 is introduced into a heat exchanger through the duct 101 to heat, then introduced into a concentrator, e.g., the reverse comosis device 2, to extract the regenerated water 107, and then introduced into the heat exchanger 61 and then the crystallizer 4 through the duct 102. Inside the crystallizer 4, the solution is brought into contact with the heated gas system 106 from the heater 5 to crystallize the crystal of salts 108. The gas-water vapor mixture system 104 from the crystallizer 4 is introduced into the heat exhangers 61 and 62 to heat exhange with the liquid to be introduced into the crystallizer 4 and the reverse osmosis device.
