Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trim chip treatment equipment capable of stably supplying trim chip to a winding part by suppressing the trim chip from remaining on the inclined surface of a scrap shooter even when a high strength steel plate is side-trimmed.SOLUTION: Trim chip treatment equipment 10 is provided for treating trim chip 21 as scrap, the chip being generated in trimmer equipment that performs a side trimming of steel plates. The chip treatment equipment includes: a winding part 30 for winding the trim chip 21, the winding part locating at a position away from the trimmer equipment; and a scrap shooter 20 having an inclined surface 22 for receiving the trim chip 21 from the trimmer equipment to guide to the winding part 30. An average inclination angle of the inclined surface 22 of the scrap shooter 20 at an area 23 where the trim chip fall on the surface is 40° or more.
