PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost even through an oil hydraulic pump generating a trouble can be surely specified.
SOLUTION: Between oil hydraulic pumps 1 to 6, flow control valve 21, valve blocks B23, B45, flow control valve 26, check valves 61 to 66 with differential pressure sensor are provided, in an input circuit of each regulator 11 to 16, each solenoid switching valve 51 to 56 is interposed, by energization, a pressure of a pilot pump 7 is introduced to the regulators 11 to 16. All the flow control valves are placed in a neutral position, when decision is indicated by a switch 80, by a signal from a processing device 70, the single solenoid switching valve is energized, a maximum flow amount is delivered from the corresponding oil hydraulic pump. Here, a detected differential pressure of the corresponding check valve with differential pressure sensor is converted into a flow amount and stored, this operation is performed successively in each oil hydraulic pump. Based on a flow amount obtained in each decision, a trouble diagnosis of the specific oil hydraulic pump is performed.
