PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability while preventing the block of a cooling hole due to the generation of a thick oxide layer and while preventing internal oxidization of Al by setting the oxygen condition of the atmosphere at the time of heat treatment as a condition for generating a continuous oxide film of Al in a surface of a cooling hole of a turbine blade.
SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing a turbine blade formed with an oxide film in a surface of a cooling hole of a turbine blade made of the heat resistant super alloy material containing A1, oxygen condition of the atmosphere at the time of heat treatment is set to a condition for generating an αalumina oxide protecting film continued to a surface of the cooling hole of the turbine blade. With this α alumina oxide protecting film, a turbine blade, of which mechanical characteristic is not damaged even in the severe steam environment, is obtained. In order to set the oxygen condition of the atmosphere at the time of heat treatment, partial pressure of oxygen is set at a balanced dissociation oxygen partial pressure or less of the nickel oxide at a temperature of the heat treatment. Generation of nickel oxide in the surface of the cooling hole of the turbine blade is thereby prevented.
