Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a turbine disk having high reliability in which vibration mode of planning design for avoiding resonance, and an excitation degree range which is in resonant condition in relation to the mode can be clearly restricted. CONSTITUTION:At least two kinds of circumferencial direction connecting structures made of tie wire 3 and shroud 2, etc., are provided in positions different from each other in radial direction of a rotor blade 1 installed on a rotor disk 4, and a total circumference one ring blade structure and a group blade structure are provided on one turbine disk. The number of one circumference direction dividing group of the connecting structure of the top end part of the turbine rotor blade 1 by the shroud 2 or the connecting structure of the intermediate part of the turbine rotor blade 1 by the tie wire 3, is set to 12 to 30 pieces. Since an excitation degree range which is in resonant condition is restricted by difference between vibration mode by total circumference one ring blade structure and a vibration mode by group blade structure, it is possible to make design for avoiding resonance easily, and also suppress breakage of rotor blade certainly.
