Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology enabling reduction of costs and a time required for manufacturing a turbine nozzle.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a turbine nozzle includes: (A) a step of forming a first component integrally having one of an inner diameter ring part and an outer diameter ring part, and blades; (B) a step of forming the another of the inner diameter ring part and the outer diameter ring part as a second component; (C) a step of assembling the first component and the second component in a manner that an outer surface of the inner diameter ring part faces an inner surface of the outer diameter ring part, in which a gap is formed between the blades of the first component and the second component; and (D) a step of melting and pouring a brazing material into a gap to carry out brazing between the blades of the first component, and the second component.
